When I lived in London and New York I became a big fan of buskers. There is amazing talent in the subway, yet another reason to love mass transit. Which brings me to Jessie J. Have you heard of her yet? Jessie J is a 22-year-old British singer who became a You Tube sensation and is now taking over the UK pop charts. She hasn't made it big in the US yet, but she's quickly moving up the ranks on iTunes. Man, can this girl sing. I like a few of her songs but a lot of them are over-produced and don't allow her voice to shine. In the part of her Boombox Series Jessie performs in the Times Square subway station, just her and her boom box, and really shows what she can do. For more about Jessie J, go here.
